Spring in the Prairies

You have to love springtime in the Prairies.

The weather has been like a flirting girl. Bats her eyes and smiles the promise of warmth and sunshine, then gives you the cold shoulder just to keep you off guard.

Today the sun shone bright and the snow melted more than a little, so we are on the good side of Weather right now. But she is mercurial. Tomorrow we will hope for the same and we may or may not get it.

Let's hope for coy smiles and fluttering lashes.
